Lucy Brunton (Year 10) won 2 medals at the New Zealand National Judo Championships held in Rotorua in mid-October. She got a Silver Medal for 2nd Place in the Senior Girls Under-52kg Grade and a Bronze Medal for 3rd Place in the Cadet Women’s (14 – 17 years old) Grade. As a consequence of her good results, Lucy has been selected to attend the National Judo Training Camp to be held in Nelson during January 2020.
