Junior Football Tag team wins Auckland title

The Westlake Junior Tag Football team competed in the Auckland Secondary School Junior Tag Football Championships in mid-November. The Westlake Team earned the right to compete at this tournament by qualifying in First Place at the North West Secondary Schools Junior Zone Tournament which was held last month. The Westlake team went unbeaten throughout the Auckland tournament, winning the Gold medal and are now the Auckland Secondary Schools Champions. They beat Manurewa High School 6-2 in the final.
