Multiple Medals at Aquathon Championships

Four Westlake Girls team won medals at the Auckland Secondary Schools Aquathon Championships held at St Kentigens College in late February. There are two students in each Aquathon team – one competes in the swimming event, the other in the running event. In the intermediate Grade, Westlake won two medals, with Mackenzie Harvey (Year 11, run) and Chloe Seaman (Year 11, swim) taking the Gold medal. Cassidy Coldicott (Year 11, swim) and Kate Rogers (Year 11, run) won the Silver medal. In the Junior Division, Zoe Crawford (Year 9, swim) and Myara Flint (Year 9, run) won the Gold medal. In the Senior Division Bianca Fourie (Year 13, run) and Gabriella Halili (Year 13, swim) won the Gold medal.
