The annual Netball North Harbour Secondary Schools tournament was held in late May and the Westlake teams performed extremely well. Schools from the wider Auckland area, as well as some teams from as far away as Whangarei and Hamilton, competed in the 1-day tournament. The Westlake teams performed extremely well gaining six Top three placing in the various grades. The results are: the Premier Auckland team won 3rd place in the Premier Grade, the Premier North Harbour team won 1st place in Senior A grade, the Year 10 team 1 won 1st Place in the Premier Year 10 Grade and the Year 9 team 1 won 1st Place in the Premier Year 9 Grade. Other teams that gained top three placings in their grades were the Senior 1 which won 2nd place, and the Year 10 Team 2 which also won 2nd place.
