We have a number of options available for making payments – through SchoolBridge, by direct payment to the school bank account, through the school website for extracurricular activities, i.e. Sport and Music or in person at the Payments Office. The preferred option is to make payments online via the SchoolBridge Portal.

Parent Portal

Online payments are made through the SchoolBridge Portal using your unique username and password. Once logged in click on the ‘Payments’ tab to see what payments have been made and which payments are owing. If you do not have login details, you can obtain them from the school by emailing [email protected] or phone 489 4169.

Direct Payments

Direct Credit to the school bank account:
Account name: Westlake Girls High School
Account number: 03-0275-0045494-000

To identify you and your payment, you must include the following as the payment reference:
1) Student ID number
2) Student Surname and Initial
3) What the payment is for – i.e. Donation, Subjects, Netball, Music

Some parents prefer to make regular payments throughout the year to ease pressure on family budgets rather than paying charges in a lump sum at the start of the year. Just determine what payments you want to make and set up a regular payment to the school account above. Please ensure you identify your payment, as this will enable us to correctly put the payments into your daughter’s account.

Payments Office

The school Payments Office is open Monday – Friday, 8.15 am to 3 pm during the school term.

Statements for your daughter’s account will be sent out periodically throughout the year. Please advise us if you change your email address so we can ensure these get to you in a timely manner. Your daughter’s account status can also be checked at any time through the SchoolBridge Portal.
